The Chainsmokers tickets & concert schedule

The Chainsmokers started in 2012, in New York City, by musicians Alex Pall and Rhett Bixler. Soon after Bixler abandoned the formation, Andrew Taggart joined Pall and the two DJs began working together. They made their first remixes and took part in their first live shows in the beginning of 2014. The duo started gaining success in the electronic dance music scene, with the single “#Selfie” that had come out in December of 2013.

After a few more releases, The Chainsmokers made their first contract and their first EP “Bouquet” came out in October of 2015, including the hit “Roses”, which entered at no. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became at least one time platinum in ten countries, including the USA and the UK. A few months later, the song “Don’t Let Me Down” with Daya peaked at the third place on the charts, winning a Grammy later for “Best Dance Recording”. More collaborations and releases followed, including the top hit “Closer” along with Halsey, that reached the first position of the dance charts in many countries. The duo appeared in several live shows and events and continued writing successful hits, like the song “Paris” featuring Emily Warren. Their first album named “Memories...Do Not Open” came out in the Spring of 2017, which topped the US album charts. Apart from “Paris”, it contained the hit “Something Just like This”, a collaboration with Coldplay, which peaked at the third place on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Sick Boy is The Chainsmokers’ second album that came out in late 2018 and includes also collaborations with DJs and other musicians. It contains songs like “This Feeling” with Kelsea Ballerini, “Sick Boy”, “Somebody” with Drew Love and other. The Chainsmokers became the duo that topped the Billboard Dance 100 chart of that year and continued the live performances in various live shows, while they have announced a series of appearances in Las Vegas clubs and participation in great fests, such as Lollapalooza.
