Rob Zombie tickets & concert schedule

Rob Zombie was born in 1965 in Haverhill, Massachusetts and from a very young age, he became passionate about horror movies while his idols were Alice Cooper along with famous filmmakers and producers. His real name is Robert Bartleh Cummings and after he finished high school, he went to New York City and joined an art and design college, while he also became a member of a children’s TV-programme.

In 1985, Cummings and his girlfriend Sean Yseult created the heavy metal band White Zombie. They released four studio albums, with 2000’s “Astro-Creep: 2000” to separate. He began using officially the name Rob Zombie in 1996 and he started recording his first solo album later. “Hellbilly Deluxe” came out in 1998 and reached the fifth position on the charts, with the songs “Dragula” and “Living Dead Girl” to separate, while it became three times platinum. After a remix album, Zombie created a new label company that released its first albums, including a soundtrack one with dialogues from the 1931’s “Frankenstein” movie. He began working on his first movie, while his second album “The Sinister Urge” came out in November of 2001 peaking at no. 8 on the US album charts. One of its songs was “House of 1000 Corpses”, which was used on the synonymous movie in 2003, the first that Zombie wrote and directed.

After the movie’s soundtrack, a successful compilation album named “Past, Present & Future” came out, including Zombie’s work from his solo career and White Zombie. He continued writing and directing more movies, while he had small roles in other films and he released also a series of comics. In the music industry, Zombie has recorded another four studio albums until 2016. “Educated Horses” came out in 2006 and reached the fifth position on the American album charts for a second time. It contained the song “The Lords of Salem” which gained a Grammy nomination. He focused on filming for a couple of years until 2010 when his fourth album named “Hellbilly Deluxe 2” came out (no. 8 on the charts). It was followed by 2013’s “Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor” which peaked at no. 7 on the US album charts.

Rob Zombie continues writing horror movies and taking part in various films, while his last studio album was “The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser” that came out in April of 2016.
