Middle Kids tickets & concert schedule

Middle Kids is an Australian rock group that was created in Sydney in 2015. When multi-instrumentalist Tim Fitz met Hannah Joy (vocals, guitar) in 2014, they began working together and became a couple later. They found Harry Day who became the trio’s drummer and began recording their first songs.

Middle Kids’s first song was 2017’s “Edge of Town” which was included in the EP with their name that came out in February of that year including six songs in total. The song was praised by Elton John and the group began gaining fans from radio shows, competitions and live events. They continued touring for the rest of the year and supported bands and artists such as Cold War Kids, Ryan Adams and Bloc Party, while they took part in fests like ACL Music Festival and Great Escape Festival.

The group’s first album was “Lost Friends” which came out in May of 2018. Middle Kids kept on writing new songs including the single “Salt Eyes” which was recorded in Ryan Adam’s studio and came out next year. Their music style is mainly indie rock and their next EP is expected to be released on 24th of May 2019, under the name ”New Songs for Old Problems”.
