Maroon 5 tickets & concert schedule

Maroon 5 began as "Kara's Flowers", a rock band that formed when Adam Levine met Ryan Dusick and later Jesse Carmichael and Mickey Madden joined the line-up in 1994, in Los Angeles. The band released only one album in the summer of 1997, named "The Fourth World", characterized by its power pop style. The band wasn't successful, leading to the band's dissolution in the beginning of 1998.

The band rejoined almost three years later and after choosing a new name, guitarist James Valentine became the band's new member in 2001. Their first album was "Songs About Jane", with a more pop style, that came out in the summer of 2002. It reached sixth place on the album charts of the USA and entered at the top of the UK later. After its success, Maroon 5 started touring in several countries next to artists and bands like Michelle Branch, Gavin DeGraw, The Rolling Stones and many more. Some of the album's hits are "This Love" and "She Will Be Loved". Matt Flynn took Dusick's place in 2006. "It Won't Be Soon Before Long " was their second album that came out in 2007. It topped the US charts and contained the no. 1 hit "Makes Me Wonder". They continued touring around America and performed next to Mary J. Blige, OneRepublic, The Counting Crows and others. They also collaborated with Rihanna for the song "If I Never See Your Face Again".

In 2009, Maroon 5 recorded their next album "Hands All Over" in Switzerland, which came out in 2010 and entered at the second place of the charts. After the synonymous tour, the song "Moves like Jagger" with Christina Aguilera became also number one, a year later. Carmichael left the band to continue his studies and the touring member PJ Morton became official later. "Overexposed" was released in the summer of 2012 and contained the hits "One More Night" (again number one) and "Payphone", a successful collaboration with Wiz Khalifa. After their "Overexposed Tour", Maroon 5 added a new member to the band, the multi-instrumentalist Sam Farrar.

Valentine returned in April of 2014 and five months later the band's fifth album named "V", came out, including the hits "Sugar", "Animals" and "Maps" among its songs. "V", entered also the top on the US charts and was followed by a worldwide tour. The next album was "Red Pill Blues", that was released in November of 2017 and contains the number one hit in the USA "Girls Like You.

Among the awards that Maroon 5 have received are 1 World Music Award for "Best New Group", 3 Grammy Awards and 3 American Music Awards.
