Lifehouse tickets & concert schedule

Lifehouse's history begins in Los Angeles California, when Jason Wade met Sergio Andrade in L.A. and along with Jon "Diff" Palmer formed the band Blyss in 1996. They started to perform live in colleges and high schools, while Aaron Lord (he was only in their first record, playing the violin) and Collin Palmer joined them later. They recorded an EP that came out in 1999 and a year later the band with the new name "Lifehouse" re-released the "No Name Face" album, which contained 12 of the 15 EP's tracks. The most successful song of the album was "Hanging by a Moment" which topped the song charts in the USA. Later, seven songs from the album would be used in the "Smallville" TV series.

After the release of "No Name Face", Palmer left the band and Rick Woolstenhulme replaced him on drums. Their second album "Stanley Climbfall" came out in September of 2002. Rick's brother Sean joined the band in the summer of 2002 and less than two years later Andrade abandoned it. He was followed by Sean Woolstenhulme. Bryce Soderberg became the band's new bassist and the new line-up released its homonymous third album in 2005. It included the hit "You and Me", which with another three songs, appeared not only in "Smallville" but also in several other TV series.

The band's next album "Who We Are", came out in the summer of 2007 with a harder sound and became gold in 2008, containing the singles "First Time" and "Whatever It Takes", while the song "Broken" was used also in TV series. Lifehouse continued touring and released two more albums, "Smoke & Mirrors" in the summer of 2008, which peaked at the sixth position on the US charts and "Almeria" three years later. They took later a small break because each member wanted to deal with different projects. In the Meantime, previous touring member Ben Carey had become official in April of 2009.

The band rejoined in 2014 and the new album named "Out of the Wasteland", came out in May of 2015 and Lifehouse continued with a European tour. In 2017, the band toured in the USA and in South Africa, along with Switchfoot and Collective Soul respectively.
