Kelsea Ballerini tickets & concert schedule

Kelsea Ballerini was born in Mascot, Tennessee, in 1993 and she began learning dancing when she was three. Her real name is Kelsea Nicole Ballerini and the first song she wrote was about her mother, at the age of twelve. After she finished her studies in Nashville, she started her career in music. Although her first influences were mainly pop artists or groups, such as Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and NSYNC, when she heard Keith Urban's "Stupid Boy", she began listening various country albums, being inspired especially by Shania Twain.

She wrote "Love Me Like You Mean It" and her Homonymous EP came out in November of 2014. Her first live appearance was in February of the next year, in Grand Ole Opry and her first album "The First Time" came out in 2015. Ballerini became the second female country artist that her first single ("Love Me Like You Mean It") entered the top of the weekly country charts, after Carrie Underwood's "Jesus, Take the Wheel", nine years earlier. Her next singles, "Dibs" and "Peter Pan", both became number one, while the later entered also at the top of one more country chart (only Ballerini have achieved to have a song topped two charts).

After her first headlining tour in 2016, she was nominated for two Academy of Country Music Awards in 2017, while her second album "Unapologetically" came out in November of the same year. The album was her second success, including the song "Legends". In 2018, she collaborated with The Chainsmokers, for the song "This Feeling" and she became a coach in "The Voice" TV series, which was concluded in December of that year. "Unapologetically" was nominated for "Best Country Album" at the Grammy Awards, while Ballerini joined the Grand Ole Opry, in March of 2019.
