Justin Timberlake was born in 1981, in Memphis, Tennessee. He started singing country and gospel music when he was very young. When he became eleven, he played to the "Star Search" TV show, singing country songs, while that period he had started listening to R&B musicians from the previous decades. He also took part in "The All-New Mickey Mouse Club", during 1993-1994, along with Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, but also with upcoming famous actors such as Ryan Gosling e.t.c.

Timberlake was a member of NSYNC, a band that began in 1995 and released three studio albums until 2001. He and JC Chasez were the main vocalists. The band, who became later the fifth best selling in the history of boy bands, became very popular and appeared in very big live events, such as the 2002 Winter Olympics, Oscars and Super Bowl. Timberlake's first appearance on TV was in the film "Model Behavior", that came out in 2000.

His first single was the "Like I Love You", that reached a high position on the USA chart (no. 2 in the U), while his first album "Justified" came out in November of that year. The album peaked at the second place on the charts in the USA, including the hits "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body", along with collaborations with artists such as Janet Jackson. He then toured with Christina Aguilera and later he worked with Nelly in his remixed single "Work It".

He continued taking part in realities, TV shows and other live events, with the most characteristic the accident with Janet Jackson during their performance in a Super Bowl's show in 2004. He received his first Grammy Awards in 2004 for "Cry Me a River" (Best Male Pop Vocal Performance) and for "Justified" (Best Pop Vocal Album). The next three years, he played in various movies, he collaborated with Black Eyed Peas and Snoop Dogg and after overcoming a problem in his throat, he recorded his next album, "Future Sex/LoveSounds". It was produced by himself, Timbaland and Nate "Danja" Hills and came out in September of 2006. It entered at the top of the USA chart and contains collaborations with famous artists (Snoop Dogg, T.I., will.i.am e.t.c.). The hits "SexyBack", "My Love" and "What Goes Around... Comes Around", also topped the charts in the USA.

In the following years, he performed in many live events, he toured around the world and he collaborated with various great bands and artists, such as Madonna, Duran Duran, 50 Cent and many more. He has released three more albums that all reached no. 1 on the US Billboard 200, with hits like "Suit & Tie" (with Jay-Z), "Mirrors", "Not a Bad Thing", "Say Something" and other, while he has taken part in many movies and TV shows (he has also released four video albums). Among the many awards he has received, are seven American Music Awards, three Brit Awards and ten Grammy Awards.
