Breaking Benjamin tickets & concert schedule

Breaking Benjamin started as a group that was playing covers for bands like The Beatles, Weezer e.t.c. in 1998, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The band consisted of Benjamin Burnley, Aaron Fink, Chris Lightcap and Nick Hoover, but after Burnley moved to California, the line-up didn't last. Burney created later "Plan 9", with Jeremy Hummel on the drums and Jason Davoli on the bass and they finally retook the name Breaking Benjamin, since Burnley had kept some advertising logos.

They recorded their first song "Polyamorous", in 2001, which became no. 1 on a Pennsylvania's radio station, while the band's first EP " Breaking Benjamin" was released later, with Jonathan "Bug" Price taking Davoli's place. Aaron Fink returned and with Mark Klepaski now on bass, the band made a contract with Hollywood Records and released their first studio album in 2002, which became cold many years later.

Their second album, "We Are Not Alone", was released in 2004 and became platinum on 2005. After litigation between Jeremy Hummer and the other members of the band, Breaking Benjamin hired Chad Szeliga to replace him and released their third album, "Phobia" in 2006, which is correlated with some of Burnley's phobias, such as flying phobia, death anxiety and others. The album reached the second position on the US charts, including the hits "The Diary of Jane" and "Breath". Their fourth also successful album, "Dear Agony", came out in 2009, and contained the hit "I Will Not Bow". A lot of tours with great bands followed, until Burnley's illness. In 2011, Burnley had new litigation with Fink and Klepaski, leading to the break-up of the formation.

After a collection album by Hollywood Records in 2011, under the name "Shallow Bay: The Best of Breaking Benjamin", a new line-up was formed in 2014, with new members Jasen Rauch, Keith Wallen, Shaun Foist, Aaron Bruch and of course Benjamin Burnley. The band released "Dark Before Dawn", in 2015, which topped the charts and became gold in 2016. The next album called "Ember", came out in 2018, peaking at third place on the US charts.
